First Tortoise Soaking Day

The Red Rock Stars have emerged from brumation and are ready for their “spa treatment”! Friends of Red Rock Canyon volunteers soak them for about 20 minutes every Monday starting at 8 a.m. Soaking helps keep the tortoises hydrated and cleans their shells so they can be more easily identified by volunteers.
