Turkey-like Quail and Chukar

There are no turkeys at Red Rock Canyon, but there are two distant cousins, the Gambel’s quail and chukar. Join us for a tabletop presentation in the Visitor Center to learn about these upland game birds and how they survive in the desert. These neat birds can sometimes be a Thanksgiving feast to our hungry predators. No registration required. All ages.
